The Karnataka Learning Partnership is a public, web-based platform where stakeholders in pre-primary and primary government schools in India's Karnataka State can share information about their public schools. KLP presents data-based school assessments that galvanize community-led change of the public education system in Karnataka.
How does your innovation work?
The public uses the Karnataka Learning Partnership's website to give feedback, and KLP incorporates appropriate feedback into corrective measures for Karnataka's schools. Every six months, KLP updates the data on its website. This involves the provision of accurate and up-to-date data to government, for making effective investment decisions in schools across the state of Karnataka. Corrective actions are implemented by schools to improve the quality of education, based on public feedback.
