Tanzania will increase motivation to women to use mobile financial technology increases their involvement in making household financial decisions, and subsequently improves family health and education. Faith Medical Tanzania Clinics and Tanzanian government will develop mobile money sub wallets for specific purposes such as school fees for girls, particular orphanage girls, and pregnancy so that women can more securely manage their savings. They will also work with influential members of a subset of households to help promote gender equality and develop a consensus towards a household financial action plan To develop a plan to educate girls for short courses such as tourism, secretarial and more-to increase their chances for an employment or self employed. To set up a dialog for boys and girls- women and men to discuss regarding the Gender based Violence. Finaly we will get feedback from the discussions what and how we can do to improve gender based violance. The innovation will be done in six region. Tanga, Mbeya, Moshi, Rukwa, Lindi and Mtwara
